First bolded: I won plenty of fights where I outdamaged them. I tried using SS + Leeches, it just DOESN'T WORK.
Second bolded: That "extra 10%" you don't get. Piety gets you 23% Strength, and 25% Defence, and 20% Attack. Leeches take away about 10%, sooo.
Opponents Stat boosters After leeches:
13% Strength
15% Defence
10% Attack
Your stat's would be:
5% Attack
5% Strength
5% Defence.
They also still have redemption, so, that helps too.
In turn, they also have about 3 combat levels up on you because you got 92 Prayer, in which they have atleast like 5 levels up on you.

And I tried leeches, they don't work so well, piety normally rips you to shreds (they have an extra +10% in almost all stats, nevermind your leeches)
So, yeah, go for Turmoil.

Why spend 120M on something you can't use? Because then, you get another 30M and get Turmoil. Because then, you can flash Soul Split in PvM.
