How do you send the fortune cookies to us?
We send out by national couriers to anywhere in the UK and also export overseas.
We would like mixed Chinese proverbs printed on the fortune cookie message slips?
Yes, we have message slip templates that feature a range of Chinese proverbs that we can print on your message slip.
What is the size of the fortune cookie message slip?
The standard size is 12mm x 60mm and can fit a maximum of 120 characters (including spaces). We do have a larger slip size 17mm x 60mm that can fit 170 characters (including spaces).
What is the print area for the fortune cookie wrap?
If we are printing in house the print area is 50mm x 50mm, however for high volume where we are using our specialist printer we can print all over the wrap.
How do we supply the fortune cookie artwork?
A logo on the message slip needs to be supplied with a high-resolution jpg. Copy artwork for the message slip needs to be supplied in a word document. Printing on the wrap requires a high-resolution pdf.
How long do the Fortune Cookies stay fresh?
Our Fortune Cookies are individually sealed in stay fresh foil wraps. Shelf life is 9 months. However the quicker they are consumed the fresher they will taste!
Can we mix the colours of the fortune cookie wrap?
We can mix the colours of the wrap per box of 300 There will be a colour change cost.
We need a supply of fortune cookies quicker than your standard delivery time?
This is possible subject to production schedules. We can fast track your order but an additional cost will be incurred.
Do you have Fairtrade Fortune Cookies?
Yes, we have a Fair Trade licence. These are normally supplied in higher volume. The Fairtrade ingredient we use is certified to International Fairtrade standards.
Can you make a small quantity of fortune cookie message slips for prize draws etc?
Yes, we can hand make small numbers of fortune cookies with special messages as an addition to the basic order. There is a supplementary charge for this service.
Is there a message slip in every fortune cookie?
Our Fortune Cookie production is automated and sometimes a message slip my get missed in production. This does not happen very often.
Can you print lots of different numbers on the fortune cookie slips so that they can be used as a lottery, free draw or competition prize?

How many colours can you print on the Fortune Cookie wrap?
We print one colour in house. There is a range of colours to choose from but we cannot match Pantone colours.
We can print up to four spot colours normally for volume for no less than 10000 fortune cookies. We can match your Pantone colours. Delivery takes 4 – 6 weeks
What is the delivery time for Fortune Cookies?
Our normal delivery time for our Fortune Cookies are 7 working days from artwork approval – this is for our standard production.
Can we have the message slips printed in colour?
Yes we can print in colour and also print your logo on the message slip

Can we have more than 5 messages in the cookies?
Yes – you can have extra messages but there is a charge for this service
