Step 1:Pour your olive oil in a bowl. After washing your potatoes place them in the bowl and coat them in the oil.

Step 2:Roll your potatoes in your sea salt and wrap them in foil.

Step 3:Fill yourInstapotwith 2 cups of water and place your steam basket in the pot. Put your potatoes in yourinstapotand secure your lid.Set your timer for 25 minutes and step away! When your timer goes off, release the pressure valve and use tongs to get your potatoes out. Top with your favorite toppings and serve hot!
