You know I’m talking about myInstant Pot!This thing is amazing, and much easier to use than I thought it was going to be. So now in under an hour I can make all sorts of yummy meals for my family. Are you ready for how easy this is? Ok here we go!
Step 1:Pour your olive oil in a bowl. After washing your potatoes place them in the bowl and coat them in the oil.
Step 2:Roll your potatoes in your sea salt and wrap them in foil.
Step 3:Fill yourInstapotwith 2 cups of water and place your steam basket in the pot. Put your potatoes in yourinstapotand secure your lid.Set your timer for 25 minutes and step away! When your timer goes off, release the pressure valve and use tongs to get your potatoes out. Top with your favorite toppings and serve hot!
Your potatoes are going to come out super moist and steaming. The skin slides right off and they are oh-so-yummy! You can top them with whatever you want. One of my favorite ways is with pulled pork and BBQ sauce, yum! I was so pleased with how easy theinstapotwas to use, and I can’t wait to explore more recipes with it!
