8 The Fleeca Job ($100,625 - $251,560)

The Short Beginning Heist

The Fleeca Job is the easiest entry-level bank heist in GTA Online. It is also the only heist in the game that requires a duo: one to be the driller and the other to be the driver and take hostages. Even though it has the least payout, it can still be a thrilling experience if you are new to the world of GTA heists.

However, before you can actually go ahead with this job, you need to complete a couple of preliminary missions by scouting the bank for access points and securing an armored getaway vehicle, which should be quite easy for beginners. What's also worth noting is that The Fleeca Job is the best way to grind out platinum medals due to the short length and low difficulty. If you want the Mastermind achievement/trophy, play this heist.

7 The Prison Break ($350,000 - $875,000)

The Great Escape

As the name suggests, this job is not actually a heist. Instead, you are tasked to retrieve a high-profile criminal known as Professor Maxim Rashkovsky from the high-security state prison in this mission. This 'heist' requires a four-member crew.

Nowadays, getting together three other randoms can be difficult and time-consuming, so you're best off playing with friends or setting up a session on something like PSNProfiles. However, before you can go ahead with the finale, you need to complete four preliminary setup missions by acquiring: a plane, a bus, a police car, and taking out some of the Professor's previous associates. In the finale, you have to break the criminal out of the prison and use the acquired vehicles to get to safety.

6 Series A Funding ($353,500 - $883,750)

The Long Haul

This heist is a bit unique in how it unfolds for the four members involved. It is also considered one of the worst heists because the effort-to-reward ratio is just not worth it. Led by Trevor, the five-setup mission will have you steal different types of illegal drugs from various gangs all over the city to sell it all off in a mega drug deal during the final act.

Unfortunately, the heist finale is rather disappointing, as after you bring all the 'goods' to Trevor and get paid for it. It turns out that the buyer is an undercover agent of the Drug Observation Agency, who tries to arrest Trevor, but he somehow still escapes.

The Cayo Perico Heist/Preparations

One of the coolest heists in GTA Online, The Humane Labs Raid tasks you with infiltrating the Humane Labs and Research facility and searching for evidence of chemical weapons. This heist has five easy setup missions. Before the finale, you must acquire the lab keycodes, two Insurgent LAPVs, an EMP device, and a Valkyrie helicopter gunship.

The thrilling finale will have you divided into two teams. While the assault team goes inside the lab to retrieve the sensitive documents, the team in Valkyrie helicopter will provide air cover and later retrieve the ground team.

4 The Pacific Standard ($750,000 - $1,875,000)

Coming Full Circle

The Pacific Standard heist is another high-stakes bank robbery in GTA Online. As a crew of four, you have to complete a series of setup missions, obtaining equipment, disguises, and getaway vehicles, as you prepare to hit the main branch of the Pacific Standard Bank in Downtown Vinewood.

Similar to the Fleeca heist, the final objective here involves infiltrating the bank, drilling into the vault, and securing the loot. After which, you have to go through a lengthy escape sequence. It's a nice way to tie the last of the original heists to the first.

3 The Diamond Casino Heist ($2,115,000 - $3,619,000)

Great, But You'll Need Luck For Maximum Profit

The Diamond Casino Heist offers one of the biggest payouts in the game, but it depends on what you steal from the vaults. It gives you four target vaults containing Cash, Artwork, Gold, and Diamonds. The cash gives you the least payout while the diamonds give the highest, but the catch is that the diamonds are only available during certain time periods, and it can be difficult to time when they actually appear in the vault.

Additionally, the setup missions vary depending on the approach you choose: stealth, aggressive, or big con. Each one has its own advantages and disadvantages and requires different equipment, crew members, and entry points.

2 The Doomsday Heist - All Three Acts Combined ($4,200,000 - $5,250,000)

The Big Bang

The Doomsday Heist is one of the most thrilling events of the game. It has three acts, each of which can be considered a mini-heist with its own setup missions and final objective, which pays out handsomely.

In act one, you are approached by Avon and his AI, Clifford, to stop a disastrous attack on the city, and you help them fight off the Merryweather mercenaries in an IAA facility. Next, you have to take over a submarine owned by a man named Bogdan, who supposedly planned the attack on the IAA facility.

Here, Bodgan reveals that Clifford AI is dangerous and must be eliminated. Simultaneously, Avon reveals his true plans to take over the city's defense grid. The third act will have you fight against Avon, Clifford, and their army of mercenaries in an epic finale.

Ridin' Solo

The Cayo Perico Heist is the most lucrative in the game for one reason: you can play it solo. This means you'll reap 100 percent of the profit minus a few fees. Unfortunately, the Cayo Perico heist is very RNG-dependent in both your primary and secondary targets. You'll want to get the Pink Diamond and two sets of Cocaine for the best results.

Good alternatives for the latter are one Cocaine, two sets of Weed, or one Cocaine and one Painting. Don't forget to open the office safe as well. No matter your luck, you should get at least $1 million with the elite challenge done. You'll need to play stealthily here, but as long as you follow a guide, you'll be good to go.
