I highly recommend checking out the Gideon's Bakehouse cookies at Disney Springs, the School Bread from Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe in EPCOT's Norway Pavilion, and the Mickey Beignets from Disney's Port Orleans – French Quarter Resort.
