The Magic Scorpion Charm is one of the Talisman items in Elden Ring that can increase magic damage when worn.
A talisman carried by assassins who strike unseen. Patterned on a scorpion freshly shed of its exoskeleton, its claws seizing a heart that shimmers with magic. Raises magic attack power, but lowers damage negation.
Where to Get the Magic Scorpion Charm

The Magic Scorpion Charm can be obtained by undertaking Seluvis' Questline where he resides in the Three Sisters above Caria Manor at the top of West Liurnia, and giving him the Amber Starlight he seeks to control Ranni - which is located in the Altus Plateau, through a small tunnel pass just north of the Highway Junction.
Be warned, after receiving this reward, fulfilling his next task will end Ranni's Questline early, but you can stop after getting this talisman if you want to continue her quest.
Effects
The Magic Scorpion Charm increases all magic damage by 12%, but increases Physical Damage taken from all sources by 10%.
