Wait, Pink What?
You heard me.
Pink Fluff.
Too often, things are hidden behind riddles and fancy titles. Why not just call things as we see them? No need to dress up food with trendy names, let the dish speak for itself. This dish is pink. This dish is fluffy.
Pink Fluff.
It’s not complicated. Just combine cottage cheese, jello mix, fruit, and cool whip. The resulting concoction will leave you breathless, and full.
I have eaten Pink Fluff every Fourth of July for my entire life. For at least two of those decades, I had no idea what I was eating, but I loved it. Turns out, it’s actually a fairly healthy dessert/side dish. What a clever way to disguise cottage cheese! If you have never eaten anything like this before, you may just have to trust me. Are there any barbecues you’ve been invited to go to? Just remember to bring two things: Pink Fluff and a pen, so you can sign autographs afterward. This dish will make you a star.

Easy To Chew
Pink Fluff issoft, moist, and contains multiple soft textures. Any textures requiring chewing have been prepared so that there are no pieces larger than ¼ inch (or 6mm). These foods are soft enough that, with minimal effort, they can be easily formed into swallowable-sized portions.
- Food for Thought
If you’re a caretaker for someone with eating difficulties, then you know how challenging it can be to get them to eat enough calories each day. Pink Fluff expertly sneaks in cottage cheese, which adds calories and substance to a seemingly light and refreshing dish. Cottage cheese also adds some fun textural complexity.
Try to use your creativity when making dishes more calorie dense. A few extra calories can make all the difference for those you are caring for.

Excellent dish for seniors or anyone with chewing issues.

That’s what we’re going for! I love that this dish is easy to chew, but still offers some textural variety, which in my opinion is rare with easy to chew dishes.
