Do you need 70 for secret ending cyberpunk? ›

Along with the following Side Jobs, you will also need to have a relationship with Johnny that's at least over 70%. If that's not the case, you can opt to select the following answers during his major Side Job, Chippin' In. You can find the correct dialogue needed for Chippin' In below.

"Don't Fear The Reaper" is the secret ending of Cyberpunk 2077, and it only becomes available if V's relationship with Johnny is around 70% or higher. An easy way to get a huge affinity boost is to pick the following dialogue options as V when speaking to Johnny on the oil fields: "Nah, I **** up that too."

If you let Johnny take your body, he'll return to Earth and you'll be able to explore a few last mini-quests with him as V. He will too eventually leave Night City in search of his own fresh start though. It's another good option for those looking for some resolution.

Wait for Five Minutes During the Point of No Return

Once the 5 minutes are up, Johnny will suggest a different way of assaulting Arasaka Tower. Choose the following dialogue options to assault Arasaka Tower by yourself.

The most fitting ending for a lot of Cyberpunk 2077 players is going to be The Sun. You must infiltrate Arasaka Tower with Rogue's help and leave as V at the end. You'll awaken as a legend of Night City and even have your own awesome penthouse.

During the Nomad ending, V has the choice between giving Johnny control or retaining the body for himself. Retaining the body lets V run away with Panam after the Adam Smasher fight, but giving the body to Johnny results in a simple life where Johnny has another chance to live.

Whether V gets his body back or not, is actually your choice. When Alt gives you the choice, you can either have V keep his body or give Johnny the body. All depends on whether you step into the well to keep the body, or cross the bridge to join Alt.

In this ending, by surviving, V loses everything. She wakes up two years later, not a few weeks. She's obviously lost Johnny who she agreed to purge before any of this happened, much to his dismay.

There's a lot of talk that you need to be on really good terms with Johnny to get the secret ending, with a relationship status of at least 70%. If you do want to check your Johnny Silverhand relationship, it's the central box at the top of the pause menu labelled "Synergy".

The secret ending can only be completed if you made the right dialogue choices with Johnny during his quests. That ending gets locked out if you didn't make certain dialogue choices. Similarily if you alienated certain groups, or have not completed certain missions you wont get those end game routes until you do.

How to Get The Tower Secret Ending. To achieve The Tower ending, you'll need to betray Songbird at the end of Killing Moon by handing her over to Reed (King of Swords) or refusing to kill her at the end of Somewhat Damaged (King of Cups).
