• Once iPhone restarts, set it up according to the on-screen prompts.
• When arrive at App & Data screen, select Restore from iCloud Backup.
• Sign into iCloud account with Apple ID.
• Choose the most relevant backup that contains the videos you want.

Wait for the process to complete. Your videos lost from iPhone are restored.

Option 2: Recover deleted videos: restoring from an iTunes backup

• Launch iTunes on your computer. For Mac with 10.15 or above, open Finder.
• Connect the iPhone to computer, and click the device icon on the top left corner.
• In Summary tab, click "Restore Backup...".
