To obtain the Temperamental Skyclaw you will have to feed Temperamental Skyclaw 20 x 3 specific Gnoll related foods. These items can also be bought off the auction house. Once you've obtained all 60 items, go to Zon'Wogi and present the food to him. He will give you the mount!

The Liberated Slyvern. To get this mount you'll need to kill the elite Breezebiter. He spawns in the Azure Span. Breezebither has approximately has a 1 to 2 hour respawn timer.

Zenet Avis is located in the Ohn'ahran Plains zone, flying in circles up the mountain. Respawn timer is from 3 to 8 hours. Rare is a part of Adventurer of the Ohn'ahran Plains and That's Pretty Neat! achievement.
