As we navigate through the many different challenges of life, it's important to remember that balance is the key to maintain our focus, stay on track, and achieve our goals. While there are many different factors that contribute to a balanced life, my three mantras stand out are: time management, people management, and money management. Time, money, and people management are fundamental pillars that shape our lives, empowering us to prioritize tasks efficiently, ensuring financial stability and nurturing meaningful relationships. And when these three pillars are intact and well managed, they form the bedrock of a balanced and fulfilling life, guiding us towards success and happiness.
Time Management:
"Time flies on wings of opportunity, so seize each moment with purposeful efficiency. Manage it well, for it is the currency of achievement."
In today's fast-paced world, it's easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of everyday life. But by prioritizing our time and setting clear boundaries, we can take control of our schedules and ensure that we are spending our time in the ways that matter most to us.
One way to manage our time effectively is by setting clear goals and breaking them down into smaller and more manageable tasks. By doing this, we can make steady progress towards our goals without feeling overwhelmed. We can also benefit from prioritizing our tasks, focusing on the most important ones first and saving the less urgent ones for later.
People Management:
"Managing people is like herding cats with a baton – it's a delicate dance of leadership, persuasion, and occasional wrangling. But with the right moves, you can create a PURRfectly harmonious team symphony."
The art of managing people goes beyond simply assigning tasks and overseeing work. It involves understanding and leveraging the unique qualities, strengths, and aspirations of each individual to create a motivated and cohesive team and be able to act situationally with people around. It is about unlocking the full potential of individuals and harnessing their collective power to achieve common goals.

One who manages people well, understands that success is not just about tasks and processes, but a reflection of people who are along in the journey of execution. Be it a personal or a professional area, by building positive relationships, providing clear communication, and fostering a supportive environment, one can inspire, stay inspired to perform at their best. Managing these relationships effectively is a key factor in achieving balance in our lives. By investing time and energy into building and maintaining strong connections with those around us, we can enjoy greater levels of happiness and fulfilment.
One way to manage people effectively is by practicing active listening. When we take the time to truly listen to others, we can gain a better understanding of their needs, wants, and goals. This can help us to build stronger connections with others and foster more meaningful relationships resulting in better performance and success.
Money Management:
"Money management is the art of balancing today's desires with tomorrow's dreams. Nurture your financial health with wise choices, and watch your wealth grow into a bright future of financial security and abundance."
Money management is a critical aspect of achieving success in today's world. It involves making wise decisions about how to earn, save, invest, and spend money to achieve short-term and long-term financial goals. Proper money management allows you to have a clear understanding of their financial situation, make informed decisions about spending and investing, and plan for the future. It enables us to be financially responsible, minimize debt, and build a strong financial foundation. Being good with finance empowers us to reduce financial stress, and achieve financial security, which in turn provides a solid foundation for personal and professional success.
I have been a very strong believer of these three mantras throughout my career and have seen drastic changes after I became conscious about it. So take conscious efforts to manage your time, relationships, and finances effectively to be more sure of a great future ahead.
Be On Time, Be With Right People, Spend on Right Things :)

With all of the competitive strife in the world these days; one culture try’s to override another due to the misinterpretations of skin colors/languages and geographical location’s, it’s easy to comprehend/understand ease of destroying indigenous cultures from afar, thinking my justification is the right one, my beliefs are accurate, others are askew. The traditional Sanskrit term from India, Mantra, is broken down as, Manas - Mind/heart awareness, and Trayas - Protection.Mind Protection/that which protects the mind.Mind Protection from what we might ask? There are innumerable self corrupting intentions that can easily fill one’s self intention as if, this is justified as me, my self.To destroy a competing business etc.Teaching one’s children to harm others out of memory of revenge/abuse from the past. The need to harm others these days is nowhere in short supply. It is inevitable that the self perception that solidifies the idea that there will be benefit by harming others will endure suffering as a result, it is unavoidable. The term/application of Mantra untangles this illusory facade. It’s not a slogan or based on a business arrangement FYI.
