How do you always pass down Hidden Abilities? ›

Breeding Pokémon with Hidden Abilities

There's a 50% chance of passing on a Pokémon's Hidden Ability to its offspring. However, if you breed a Pokémon that has a Hidden Ability with a Ditto, you'll always pass the Hidden Ability down.

The female Pokémon with the Hidden Ability has a 60 percent chance of passing it down.

Once players have caught a Pokemon with a hidden ability, they won't have trouble getting more. Players can breed hidden ability Pokemon to pass the hidden ability on to their children.

The everstone has NO effect on ability. Just nature. I don't know why you believe this. Serebii already confirmed that Everstone mechanics have changed; so long as the baby is the same species as the Everstone holder, Nature is locked and ability is passed down with an 80/100 chance.

A Pokémon that has its Hidden Ability due to the Ability Patch can pass down its Hidden Ability via breeding like any other Pokémon with its Hidden Ability. The Hidden Ability slot provided by the Ability Patch is retained even if the Pokémon evolves and has a different standard Ability.
