My contractor installed this door about 12 years ago. Just recently there is evidence of seal failure (i.e., the window is cloudy and the tracks from the blind cords are showing between the glass presumably because of the moisture.) I'd like to know if there is a window replacement part that I can special order rather than replacing the entire door.

The pre drilled holes for four handles were off so did not align with the handles. Found this out after installing door. Also the blind broke after lifting blinds twice.
