For best results, pan fry.

Pan fry: Heat a little cooking oil in a frying pan to medium heat. Remove the slices from the pack and fry for 6 – 7 minutes, turning as required.

Air Fryer: Place 4 slices of Lorne into the compartment. Set controls to 190 and 9 mins. Flip the slices halfway through cooking.

Always ensure that the centre of the slices are piping hot before serving.

Amazing! Stopped by a stranger at the vegan range in Food Warehouse, Port Glasgow, I was told all about your vegan square slice, on a roll with a potato scone. I actually joked- was he on commission?! He was so convincing I went straight to Tesco for some.
