What kinds of items count as snack credits at... | planDisney (2024)

Hi, there!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Karen. I'm so happy to hear you're planning another Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

I just love Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside and Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter. Both offer loads of Southern charm and convenient ferryboat access to nearby Disney Springs. These "sister" Resort hotels also have fantastic dining options. You'll be pleased to know that using your Snack entitlements for an on-the-go breakfast isn't just doable, it's easy! While eligible items are always subject to change, I think you'll be surprised by how many options you'll have.

At Riverside Mill Food Court, you'll find assorted danish, muffins, and pastries in the bakery section. I highly recommend the chocolate-filled croissant - YUM. Beverages like Espresso, Iced Coffee, and Cold-Brew Coffee also qualify as Snack entitlements. In the Grab 'n' Go section, I've seen assorted yogurts, yogurt parfaits, hard-boiled eggs, and fruit cups listed as Snack items.

Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory also has lots of Snack entitlement options for breakfast! Hot side items like potato barrels, breakfast potatoes, bacon, sausage, ham, grits, and oatmeal are available, as well as a variety of items from the bakery. Even two buttermilk biscuits with smoked sausage gravy qualify as a Snack entitlement! Beverages like smoothies, Frozen Cappuccino, Café au Lait, and Chicory Coffee also qualify. Guess what? Three Mickey-shaped beignets can be purchased with a Snack entitlement! You really must try them - they are heavenly.

I hope this was helpful!

Ashley
