A sorcerer's rise on a small island north of the Academy of Raya Lucaria. The tower is sealed, with a statue at the front bearing a note that reads "Seek three wise beasts". To gain entry, the player must find and hit three spectral turtles nearby. The first is north of the tower. The second is up a tree to the east of the tower. The third is south-east of the tower, at the bottom of a rocky outcropping.
The final wise beast is on the East side of Testu's Rise, hidden around the back of the tower. Look among the trees in this area to find a ghost turtle climbing up one of the trunks. Since this one is high up, you'll need to use either a ranged weapon or a long melee weapon to kill it.
It gives you nothing but the cryptic clue, “seek three wise beasts. The wise beasts in question are sectral tortoises found in the vicinity of the tower and, as you might have guessed, there are three to find. You can spot the first venerable old tortoise on the path behind you, near the lectern.
First, players can use the Fanged Imp Ashes and summon two Imps to slay one of the enemy Imps patrolling the tower. Alternatively, Tarnished can use a Bewitching Branch on one of the mobs outside to have it kill another Imp, which also breaks the seal of Albinauric Rise.
The first spirit turtle is right in front of the entrance. The second spirit turtle is directly left of the staircase leading into Oridys's Rise. It's hiding in the bushes, and therefore a bit hard to spot. The third spirit turtle is in the middle of the pond on the right side (west) of the tower's entrance.
The gentle, but giant, pope turtle actually goes by the name Miriel, Pastor of Vows and you can find him at the Church of Vows on the eastern side of Liurnia of the Lakes.
Similar to Oridys's Rise in the Weeping Peninsula (South Limgrave), a magic barrier also blocks this lookout tower in the northern part of the lake. While this is the case initially, unlocking the barrier requires you to seek out "three wise beasts" somewhere on the island.
