Is Weetabix available in the USA? ›

Weetabix is available in American grocery stores, but although it is the number one selling cereal in Britain, it doesn't make the top 20 in America (which means the average family is purchasing less than two boxes a year).

Weetabix is an ideal food from a healthy eating point of view as it is low in fat, high in fibre and low in sugar. It provides an excellent breakfast and an ideal snack any time of the day, including bedtime.

Weet-Bix is a good source of B vitamins including B1 (thiamin), B2 (riboflavin) and B3 (niacin) for energy, as part of a balanced diet. Weet-Bix is high in folate! This B vitamin helps support healthy blood cells and immune system, fights fatigue and maintains a healthy mind, in combination with a balanced diet.

Weet-Bix is currently marketed in Australasia by Sanitarium and South Africa by Bokomo. The product was introduced to Canada in 1967, when Weetabix Limited began exporting the product to Canada. The United States followed in 1968.

It is a wheat-based cereal infused with fruit and honey. 'Weet-Bix Bites' are currently available in three varieties: apricot, wild-berry, and honey crunch.
