There are a variety of lanyards sold at WDW, some are plain solid colors and others are embellished with Disney characters or logos. Prices vary depending on the design, but most of the lanyards sold in the parks run from about $7 to about $10.

Pin lanyards are fairly inexpensive, usually in the $6 to $12 range (prices can change) depending on the exact model you choose. The less expensive lanyards do not come with the clear plastic pouch on the end, many of the more expensive ones do.

Guests who have sailed with Disney before will receive a complimentary Castaway Club lanyard upon checking in at the port. The lanyards are based on club level, so you'll see many guests walking around the ship wearing Silver, Gold, or Platinum Castaway Club lanyards.
